Phoenix House is an award winning property with 33 luxury serviced apartments ranging from studios, duplexes and one/two bedroom apartments.
The deluxe interiors at Phoenix House are modern and contemporary, designed by Fox Linton Associates - one of Britain’s leading interior designers. The design focus is on classic simple lines with tactile fabrics being modern and contemporary whilst exuding subtle and sophisticated elegance.
All apartments are air-conditioned with fully equipped kitchens and offer all the amenities a discerning traveler would expect including satellite TV and wireless broadband.
Phoenix House is situated in the heart of shoppers’ paradise, just off Sloane Street, only minutes walk from Chloe, Prada and Gucci. The apartments are very quiet and benefit from being located on a residential street with an array of shops and restaurants close at hand and only a two minute walk to the nearest Tube Station, Sloane Square, with its direct links to the City.
Attention to detail is evident and for our guests pleasure we offer luxurious Frette Linen, goose down duvets, sumptuous towels and bathrobes, Aveda toiletries, and even a pillow for your bath. A small fitness room is located on site exclusively for guests use.

‘GREENER CAR TRANSPORTATION’: Concierge can organise chauffeured driven cars which run on bio diesel. They also offer a taxi firm which offsets it carbon emissions.

Situated just off Piccadilly in a beautifully converted building are a selection of modern 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a light and airy feeling. The flats are also close to Green Park and its tube station as well as the cafes, restaurants and shops of Bond Street and the surrounding area
The apartments consist of:

Situated in the heart of Mayfair, surrounded by the wonderful attractions that London has to offer. Shaw House is the ultimate in luxurious accommodation, previously the home of world famous author William Somerset Maughan.
The flats have all been totally refurbished and are lavishly furnished as well as being 7-11 spacious; they offer unsurpassable quality and comfort whether it is a one bedroom apartment or a large family four bedroom apartment. All apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/ video, CD/stereo system, as well as a television in the master bedroom. Flats are serviced 5 davs a week (7 days by special arrangement).
This period building has a resident house manager and manageress and a video entry phone system. A complementary video film service is also available as well as a number of other extras to ensure that our clients enjoy a comfortable stay, 24 hour security is provided throughout the Summer season.
The lower ground floor offers all our clients complementary use of a hetitleh studio and sauna. For VIP club members residing in our apartments who have any specific requirements, please inform us when making your booking.

Price per week (Tariff is per week, per apartment in £ Sterling...No minimum stay.
